Alloy 31 Nut
The nut is a fastener with internal threads and used in conjunction with a screw for mechanical parts for movement or power.

BDF can offer all kinds of hot forged and cold formed nuts such as hexagon nuts, heavy hex nuts, hexagon coupling nuts, hexagon thin nuts, hexagon castle nuts, self locking nuts, hexagon domed cap nuts and other non-standard nuts according to customer drawings. The size ranges from M6-M100 in METRIC and 3/8” to 3-1/2” in INCH.
Alloy 31 (N08031) Ni-based alloy Corrosion resistance:
Alloy 31 (N08031) nickel-based alloy chemical composition makes it very good resistance to halide corrosion, while the alloy also has excellent resistance to various concentrations and temperatures of pure sulfuric acid or impure sulfuric acid corrosion performance. It has good corrosion resistance in a small amount of inflatable industrial sulfuric acid.
In the highly corrosive wet phosphoric acid production conditions, Alloy 31 (N08031) nickel-based alloy is the most suitable nickel-based alloy. Likewise, more experiments have shown that Alloy 31 (N08031) nickel-based alloys have good corrosion resistance in very critical chlorine dioxide bleaching media in the pulp and paper industry. The intergranular corrosion resistance (IGA) of the Alloy 31 (N08031) nickel-based alloy is based on the ASTM G-28 test standard and the German standard test SEP 1877 II, indicating that Nicrofer 3127 hMo began to have sensitization tendency after a considerable period of time.

Chemical, food, pharmaceutical and plastics industries, heat exchangers, mixing tanks, pickling equipment, synthetic rubber manufacturing equipment, pumps, valves and piping.
